Mikayla Young is an Associate Attorney at Rifkind Patrick LLC, where she focuses her practice on business and construction law.  Mikayla’s practice encompasses both litigation and transactional matters. She represents individuals and businesses in contract disputes, business-related claims, personal injury actions, and insurance disputes. She also regularly assists clients with drafting, negotiating, and structuring agreements. Her work focuses on delivering efficient dispute resolution while supporting long-term business planning and proactive risk management.

Prior to Rifkind Patrick LLC, Mikayla was an associate at Franco Maroney Buenik.  Mikayla also served as Vice President of Operations for a traumatic brain injury rehabilitation company. This executive experience provided her with a sophisticated understanding of healthcare corporate systems and operations, which continues to inform her work in matters involving business, medical issues, complex injury claims, and significant damages.

She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her practice and works closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing clear and strategic guidance throughout each stage of a matter.  Mikayla Young earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law.
